A culinary management company is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie for a renowned wood fire and seafood restaurant in East London. This full-time position offers an immediate start and the chance to work in a Michelin plate featured venue. We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the team at Daffodil Mulligan, part of Corrigan Collection Restaurants.. Daffodil Mulligan is an award winning wood fire and seafood restaurant based in the heart of East London. The restaurant has been featured in 5 national newspaper reviews and started off 2021 with a Michelin plate.. As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for liaising with senior chefs within the restaurant to ensure the smooth running of each service.. Salary does not include tronc. . **Chef requirements**. . - Has a good understanding of all areas within a Kitchen. - Is willing to learn and progress within the team. - Is an excellent team player with a positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude. - Is passionate about food and keen to develop their knowledge on the menu
