Chef de Partie

5 days over 7, 40 hours per week, including evening and weekend working.

My client is an automotive-themed hospitality venue offering a unique dining and hosting experience in the UK.

We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, and creative Chef de Partie to join our dedicated kitchen team and deliver an exceptional dining experience.

The successful candidate will have a passion for food and aim to build a great reputation for our food by assisting in food preparation and culinary activities in a busy kitchen, while maintaining high standards.

Key Duties
  • Create dishes for the Head/Sous Chef to critique, with the possibility of these dishes being added to the menu.
  • Assist the Sous Chef in supervising kitchen staff in the absence of the Head Chef and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Maintain standards of food safety, H&S, and COSHH; undertake regular training and identify areas for personal and professional development.
  • Support the Head Chef in ensuring the kitchen maintains a 5-star EHO status.
  • Have knowledge of Natasha's Law 2021 and all government guidelines regarding food allergens, ensuring compliance at all times.

  • As an experienced Chef de Partie, you will possess excellent culinary and presentation skills, demonstrating creativity, flair, and consistency at high standards.
  • You will be a quick thinker, flexible, dynamic, and capable of problem-solving efficiently.
