Job summary

KPI Hospitality are on the lookout for a Relief Chef in Leeds for an immediate start to support their client’s community kitchen. You will prepare healthy, cost-conscious meals in a busy commercial environment, while upholding high hygiene standards and working with staff and volunteers.

PVG clearance is desirable; you will join a friendly team focused on meaningful, flexible hours and fair pay (£14–£15.50 per hour).

Qualifications

• Solid experience preparing and serving food in a commercial kitchen.
• Ability to work with and support volunteers.
• Understanding of catering for diverse community needs.
• Clear English communication and positive relationship building.

Responsibilities

KPI Hospitality are on the lookout for a Chef IMMEDIATE START for our client based in Leeds on an ad-hoc basis.

Our client is a welcoming space where good food brings people together. Were now looking for a Relief Chef to support their kitchen as and when required, serving a number of clients. PVG required or willing to apply.

About the role

As a Relief Chef, you'll be responsible for delivering healthy, cost-effective menus that meet a range of dietary and nutritional needs. You'll work in a commercial kitchen environment, ensuring excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times, and leaving the kitchen clean, organised, and ready for service.
