Job summary

St Austell Brewery is seeking an enthusiastic chef to join the Royal Castle kitchen in Dartmouth. You will work in a fast-paced team, preparing meals using locally sourced produce to delight guests and uphold quality standards.

Join a supportive kitchen crew with in-house training, staff discounts on food and drink, and meal provisions for longer shifts. Flexible working and volunteer time off are also offered where available.

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a kitchen team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes following established recipes.
