Job summary

The Inn Collection Group operates the Lindisfarne Inn, a welcoming pub with rooms in Northumberland. We are seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team, bringing a passion for quality and a commitment to high standards.

You’ll manage your section, contribute to menu execution, and help uphold safety and cleanliness in a busy kitchen. Candidate should have experience in a similar role, be reliable under pressure, and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong presentation and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Good communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality dishes with attention to presentation.
• Oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with policy.
• Collaborate with kitchen, front-of-house, and management teams.
• Maintain clean and organized workstation.
• Prepare food items promptly during service.

You'll Fit Right Inn

As Chef de Partie, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, ensuring presentation and attention to detail are paramount. With experience in a similar role and a genuine passion for food, you'll take full responsibility for your section, delivering exceptional food service from start to finish.

You will oversee food safety, storage, and compliance with legislation and company policy, working closely with the team to maintain high standards. Strong communication, time-keeping, and organizational skills are key as you collaborate with kitchen staff, front-of-house, and management teams. You'll work efficiently under pressure, preparing food items timely and maintaining a clean working station.
