Job summary

The Landmark London is seeking a passionate Chef De Partie to join our Kitchen Team on a permanent basis with an immediate start. You will deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests, working a 40-hour week on a shift rota, and contributing to a happy, diverse team opposite Marylebone Station.

Qualifications

• To join a large, professional kitchen team.
• Experience in hotel haute cuisine is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare mise-en-place and service for the section and banqueting department.
• Adapt menus across outlets (afternoon tea, larder, bowls, canapés).
• Deliver high-standard dishes with consistency; work in a large-volume deluxe hotel kitchen.

As a Chef De Partie, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• To work as an individual and as part of a team by taking ownership for the correct preparation of mise-en-place and service for the section / banqueting department.
• Adaptable in managing various outlets food menus items (i.e. afternoon tea, larder section, bowl food, canape etc…)
• Relevant experience in producing & delivering high standard food dishes with consistency.
• Proven experience in working within a large volume within a deluxe hotel banqueting kitchen.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
