Job summary

Sam’s Riverside in Greater London is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead a specific kitchen section, preparing, cooking and plating dishes using seasonal ingredients from trusted artisan suppliers while upholding our Anglo-French culinary roots. You’ll work closely with fellow chefs to maintain a clean, organised kitchen and guide junior team members, delivering exceptional quality during every service.

Role Overview:

As a Chef de Partie at Sam’s, you’ll take charge of a specific kitchen section, ensuring dishes are consistently executed to the highest standards. You’ll be responsible for prepping, cooking, and platingfood using the finest seasonal ingredients from our trusted artisan suppliers,all while upholding our Anglo-French culinary roots. You’ll work closely withyour fellow chefs to maintain a clean, organised kitchen, guide junior teammembers, and deliver exceptional quality during every service. Pay:

Pay consists of house salary + an average of tronc
