Job summary

Sam's, Genuine Restaurants Group is looking for a Barback to energise and learn at the heart of our bar. You will assist bartenders, keep the bar tidy, and support the floor team while delivering friendly, efficient service.

Ideal candidates are passionate about hospitality, thrive in busy settings, and want to grow in a prestigious venue with opportunities for progression and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Passion for authentic hospitality.
• Stable background in busy high-end restaurant and/or bar.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Credible, positive references from former employers.

Responsibilities

• Support the bartenders to provide great service.
• Help keep the bar clean and maintain the atmosphere.
• Support the wider team and work behind the bar or on the floor.

Role Overview:

As a Barback at Sam's, you'll bring energy, charm, and a passion for learning to the heart of our bar. You'll support the bartenders to provide great service, help keep the bar clean and support the wider team. Whether behind the bar or supporting the floor team, you'll deliver service with a smile and keep the atmosphere buzzing. This role is ideal for someone who's passionate about hospitality, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in learning more about the bar.

Pay:

Pay consists of house salary + an average of tronc
