What you'll do

You'll take pride in delighting our guests and will be responsible for:

• Preparing daily food offerings, from breakfast to dinner and afternoon tea, supervising and leading a team of Commis Chefs, and participating in menu planning.
• Maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs, training and developing kitchen team members, and fulfilling special guest requests involving dietary needs, off-menu items, or special occasions.
