Browns Glasgow, part of Mitchells & Butler PLC, is recruiting a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Glasgow. You’ll run a section, cook to spec, and help train colleagues while upholding brand standards. We’re looking for someone who loves great food and teamwork.
