Aqua Restaurant Group is seeking a Chef de Partie to oversee a delegated kitchen section and coordinate junior staff to deliver exceptional service.

You will craft and present high-quality dishes, while mentoring teammates to uphold our standards. This role is based in a live kitchen environment and requires eligibility to work in the UK.

Hugely popular in our home Hong Kong, Shiro cuisine is inspired by Japan’s foodie hot spots; Ginza, Shinjuku and Shibuya in Tokyo.

Your Day At Aqua

• Team Spirit: Support and help team members by mentoring junior positions and training new members of the team. Your collaborative spirit will boost your colleague's confidence, develop their skills, and thus ensure high standards of service are met
• Craft Recipes for Success: Prepare and present high-quality dishes within your designated section, ensuring consistency and excellence in every plate

You will be paid £12.71 per hour. In addition, you can be a part of the venue’s Tronc system, which may give you up to £4.55 extra per hour each month. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.
