Job summary

The Globe in Topsham is seeking an ambitious Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll work alongside passionate colleagues, cooking with locally sourced produce to deliver quality dishes for guests both indoors and al fresco.

You’ll follow recipes precisely and maintain high standards of plating and service. In this role you’ll stay organised in a fast-paced environment, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to a supportive, friendly team that values progression and learning through

Qualifications

• Proven cooking experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of local produce and seasonal menus.
• Ability to follow recipes and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to specification and quality.
• Work as part of a team in a busy kitchen.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness to required standards.
