Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Chef de Partie at our flagship client site in Epsom to join a world-class corporate dining team. You will prepare high-quality dishes and support the kitchen during service, while embracing Sodexo's values and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional food service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of fresh, high-quality food
• Support kitchen team during busy service periods
• Keep hot and cold counters fully stocked
• Assist with hospitality services when required
• Support weekly and monthly stock takes
• Report damaged equipment, safety concerns or food quality issues
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Attend required training and team meetings
• Share customer feedback with the Senior Sous Chef or Food Development Lead
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a world-class dining experience

Working alongside the Senior Sous Chef and Food Development Lead, you'll play an important role in preparing and delivering high-quality food and creating an exceptional dining experience for our customers.

What you’ll do

• Prepare a variety of fresh, high-quality food
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
• Keep hot and cold counters fully stocked
• Assist with hospitality services when required
• Support special events and functions
• Maintain high standards of food presentation
• Keep food preparation and kitchen areas clean and organised
• Assist with pot wash, plate wash, fridges, floors and servery areas
• Support weekly and monthly stock takes
• Report damaged equipment, safety concerns or food quality issues
• Follow all food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures
• Attend required training and team meetings
• Share customer feedback with the Senior Sous Chef or Food Development Lead
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver a world-class dining experience
