Bee Happy Recruitment are seeking a Chef de Partie for a fantastic hotel located near Chichester.
Our client has owned their hotel for over 40 years and is looking for a Chef de Partie to join them in their busy, but cosy, home-from-home family-run hotel.
Serving award-winning dishes in their restaurant, they also own a takeaway coffee shop and a café, which you will help stock with delicious homemade pastries and cakes.
They have been continually expanding and would like a competent Demi Chef de Partie to help continue to grow.
They are a small, but fully committed, friendly team.
You will be flexible, hardworking, and friendly, and happy to turn your hand to anything.
The customers are the most important thing to the hotel, so you will help give them a memorable experience by providing them with freshly prepared and well-presented meals.
You’ll have had experience in a similar standard Rosette restaurant or fresh food fine dining environment and also be able to be a good all-rounder who wants to progress in a stimulating environment.
The working week is around 48 hours per week, five days out of seven, including weekends and bank holidays. You will receive a generous share of the gratuities.
They try to operate on straight shifts, but there will also be split shifts on occasion. Having your own transport is essential as public transport is very limited. However, staff accommodation is available if you would prefer to live in.
