We are the ideal touring base, being virtually at the geographical ‘hub’ of Scotland in Angus near Dundee and Tayside, with the most extraordinary variety of wonderful scenery on our doorstep.
What will you be doing?
Forbes of Kingennie have an excellent restaurant, and it would be your responsibility to manage the hot food section within the kitchen, maintaining and monitoring that the food that is produced is of the highest quality.
Exceptional communication skills and a passion for cooking are key, as well as maintaining relationships across the business.
You will be responsible for the management and development of team members, ensuring they are motivated to provide the best service to our customers.
Health and Safety Management is an important aspect of this role, ensuring safe use of equipment and safe systems of work.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role. Full Time (34 – 45 hours) and Part Time (16 – 30 hours) roles are available.
