Experienced Chefs Needed for Events in Edinburgh

Overview

We are recruiting chefs to work at venues in Edinburgh and the surrounding areas.

Experience as an agency chef, especially with large-scale banqueting, is preferred. However, if you have a minimum of 3 years of chef experience in fast-paced environments and are comfortable adapting to new settings daily, we welcome your application. Hardworking, skilled chefs with positive attitudes are encouraged to apply.

Pay rate: £16.00 + Holiday = £17.84 per hour.

You have the flexibility to choose your shifts and work at various venues and events, providing a great opportunity to develop your career and work alongside industry leaders.

Responsibilities and Duties
  1. Cook according to specifications and contribute to menu creation.
  2. Ensure product quality, standards, and innovation.
  3. Coordinate with Front of House staff and management.
  4. Manage stock control, waste, and finances.
  5. Follow health & safety, food hygiene, and maintenance protocols.
  6. Adhere to legislation such as Health and Safety at Work and COSHH.
