Brother Marcus Limited is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our central London restaurants, bringing vibrant Eastern Mediterranean flavours to the city. You will be part of a lively kitchen brigade, delivering consistently high standards with passion and energy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to high standards as part of a busy kitchen.
• Assist senior chefs and work as part of a kitchen brigade to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety and stock control throughout shifts.
