Brother Marcus, we’re always looking for talented and ambitious Sous Chef to join us across central London. With restaurants across central London, we bring the vibrant, modern flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean to the city and celebrate fresh, seasonal ingredients with flair and generosity.

The role offers a competitive salary (£50,000-£55,000 per year, depending on tronc), training and support, clear opportunities for progression, and performance bonuses where applicable.
