Brother Marcus Limited is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our central London venues, bringing vibrant Eastern Mediterranean flavours and a high standard of hospitality. You’ll work across our restaurants, delivering excellent drinks and guest experiences with energy and generosity.

We offer a competitive hourly rate (£16–£18 depending on tronc), plus training, development, and opportunities to progress within our expanding group.
