Butcombe Group’s hospitality team seeks a dedicated Chef De Partie to lead a section in fast-paced kitchens across our stunning pubs and inns in the UK. You’ll craft high-quality dishes, maintain hygiene standards, and support the wider team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Aufgaben

• Running a designated section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth day-to-day service and consistent high standards
• Preparing and cooking high-quality, freshly produced dishes in line with the menu and Head Chef direction
• Delivering excellent food quality, presentation, and speed of service to consistently exceed guest expectations
• Supporting the wider kitchen team during service, including stepping up when required to ensure a seamless operation
• Managing your section’s performance, including portion control, stock rotation, and minimising waste to support gross profit targets
• Maintaining exceptional standards of food hygiene, safety, cleanliness, and personal presentation at all times
• Supporting stock management, ordering, and routine kitchen documentation in line with procedures
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen team, following company standards and bringing a positive, can-do attitude to every shift
