Hilton Cardiff is seeking a motivated Chef De Partie to run a kitchen section as part of a busy brigade. The role supports a Truly Talented team in a fast-paced hotel environment in Cardiff city centre.

You will bring passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and flexible, team-first mindset. The role offers a permanent, full-time contract with opportunities for growth and development within Axiom Hospitality’s portfolio.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Experience in high-profile venues preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Run a kitchen section as part of the brigade.
• Support the head chef and line cooks to maintain standards.
• Assist in mise en place, cooking, and service during busy periods.

We are looking for self-motivated, proactive and passionate Chef De Partie to join our Truly Talented kitchen team!

The role of the Chef De Partie is to successfully run a section as a part of the kitchen brigade.

The Core Skills And Experience Required To Succeed

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry with a genuine passion and a creative flair
• Ideally you will have previous experience in working in highly acclaimed venues which have a reputation for great service
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision
• Good communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing
• To be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach
