Job summary

Mitchells & Butlers is seeking a Chef de Partie to champion brand standards, mentor kitchen colleagues, and run a section confidently during service. You will prepare everything needed before service, maintain the highest cleanliness and safety levels, and cook to menu specs, knowing it inside out.

• Experience as Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Commitment to quality and consistency in every service.
