Job summary

Wilde Cambridge is seeking a passionate Cook to join a small kitchen team and support the Senior Cook in delivering all-day dining with locally sourced produce. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and good collaboration within the Wilde team.

We offer 5 days per week, a salary of £28,000 per year plus additional Tronc, and benefits such as family leave, flexible patterns, discounts, and more.

We would love you to have:

• Passionate and knowledgeable Cook, capable of working alone or as part of a small kitchen team. Ideally you will have 2+ years of relevant experience.

• Good collaboration skills are essential as part of the wider Wilde team.

Pay / Hours:

• 5 days per week, £28,000 per annum plus additional Tronc.

What you can do for us:

• Assist the Senior Cook with the execution of our all-day dining menu;- with a focus on high quality, health conscious and locally sourced produce to delight our guests, whether they be staying with us, or popping in to meet with their friends, family or colleagues.

• Work as part of the small kitchen team, assisting the Senior Cook with maintaining food costs and inventory, organising tastings with support from our culinary consultant, ensuring high standards of guest service and safety, supporting team learning and development, compliance, P&L management, and supporting the General Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
