Brunning & Price in Millford (The Refectory) is seeking a Chef de Partie to join the bustling kitchen. You’ll work across all areas, supporting our sous chefs and head chef in a fast-paced pub environment where fresh, high-quality dishes are crafted daily.

Basic up to £31,000 plus tronc, paid overtime and great cash tips. We also offer free meals on shift, 30% discount across B&P and our group, a Nest pension, Perks on Tap, cycle to work, £1,000 referral bonus and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering as a chef, line cook or chef de partie.
• Experience in a restaurant or gastro pub environment.
• Passion for fresh food cookery.

Responsibilities

• Work across all areas of the kitchen.
• Support sous chefs and head chef.
• Prepare and cook dishes to standard and oversee line actions.

About you...

You may have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector. As our chef de partie you'll be working across all areas of the kitchen, supporting our sous chefs and head chef.
