Job summary

New Park Manor is part of the Luxury Family Hotel Group, located in the New Forest. We are seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join a dynamic kitchen brigade in a luxury hotel renowned for exceptional service and a welcoming culture.

This permanent role is 48 hours per week (including weekends), with a salary of £34,638 per annum, plus generous service charge and benefits package. Join a team committed to training, development and career enjoyment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-quality kitchen.
• Knowledge of techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards.
• Food Hygiene level 2 would be beneficial.

• Owning and overseeing your workstation: We encourage your creativity and input in creating our specials and market menu
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a harmonious working environment
• Training and Development: Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff.

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic and fun kitchen brigade. Key Responsibilities:

To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a high-quality kitchen
• Charisma, an engaging personality and passion for hospitality
• Ability to keep calm and focussed during busy service
• Knowledge of techniques, cooking methods, and food safety standards, food Hygiene level 2 would be beneficial
