Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a talented Chef De Partie to join our team at one of our prestigious Bristol locations. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen, preparing fresh seasonal ingredients and following our bespoke menus.
You should have CDP or junior sous chef experience, be a team player, and able to manage portions and costs while delivering high standards of food hygiene and customer service. We offer a supportive environment, training, and long-term career progression.
An independent, boarding and day school for girls aged 4 to 18 years situated in Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol. Catering around 750 students and teachers daily. We offer a core feeding of Breakfast, Lunch and Supper with lots of high end hospitality. This is a 7 day operation so working patterns would usually be 5 over 7 days. Additional benefits to this location are closure over Christmas holidays and plenty of free parking around the school.
