Job summary

Restaurant Associates UK is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to bring energy, precision, and creativity to a fast-paced kitchen. You will own a kitchen section, prepare dishes that look great and taste incredible, and work closely with senior chefs to develop juniors and maintain high standards.

You’ll contribute to a culture of food safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement while supporting events, seasonal menus, and daily innovation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong culinary and kitchen organisation skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, portion control, and sustainability.
• A positive attitude and willingness to step up when it counts.
• A genuine love of food and pride in your craft.
