Job summary

Lodestone House, part of Compass Group UK&I, is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join the catering team at an Independent School. You will plan, cook and present high-quality meals, while upholding health and safety standards and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

You will work in a supportive team, focused on fresh food, great service, and a positive guest experience. This role offers career progression and engagement with school catering programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
• Strong culinary knowledge and ability to prepare high-quality food.
• Excellent hygiene and food safety practices.
• Able to work well in a team and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, cook and present food to company and client standards.
• Maintain the company’s reputation for excellent food and service.
