Qualifications

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
  • Ability to work in a team with a large brigade.
  • Flexibility to work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

  • Service within a staff restaurant, catering for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
  • Produce fresh, healthy meals for large covers each day.
  • Work in shifts between 5am – 6.30pm on a rota basis.

What’s involved?
As a Chef de Partie, you will be involved in the service within a staff restaurant, catering for breakfast, lunch & dinner. You will work within a large brigade, producing a range of fresh, healthy meals for a large number of covers each day.
Shift patterns range between 5am – 6.30pm on a rota basis. Weekends are included in your rotas, and it is expected that you work 1 in 3 weekends.
