Job summary

Bel & The Dragon Wendover is seeking a motivated Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen. You will be hands-on with fresh, seasonal ingredients, work closely with talented chefs, and contribute to high-standard dishes in a friendly, customer-focused pub-hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience cooking in a busy kitchen as a Chef de Partie.
• Strong at working with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
• Excellent team skills and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes to meet the menu standards.
• Assist head chef and sous-chefs with daily prep and mise en place.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and implement hygiene standards.
• Support the team during service in a high-volume environment.
