Job summary

Active Care Group in the North of England is seeking a part-time Chef at Kibblesworth Neurological Rehabilitation Centre. You will prepare, cook and present high-quality meals, including meals for special dietary requirements, following planned menus.

You will maintain food hygiene and safety standards, keep accurate kitchen records, support daily kitchen operations and help create a positive dining experience for service users, visitors and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Previous catering experience.
• Knowledge of food hygiene.
• Attention to detail and creativity.
• Ability to follow planned menus and dietary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals, including special dietary needs.
• Maintain HACCP, safety, hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Record food production, stock and kitchen activities.

From clinically led therapies to the rehabilitation equipment, patients are able to focus on their recovery with 24/7 support.**What you'll be working:*** Part-time 28 hours.* Salary: £26,884.93 FTE Per Annum (Pro rata)* Rota: Week 1 - Monday, Thursday, Friday. Week 2 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday.
