Job summary

Vicolo Lounge in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced chef to join the kitchen team. You will cook fresh food to spec, assist the Head Chef with prep and service, and ensure the kitchen remains clean, safe and fully prepped. Collaborative teamwork with FOH will help deliver a great guest experience.

We offer up to £12.71/hour plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals every shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one. Evening and weekend shifts are likely.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
