The Inn Collection Group invites aspiring chefs to join its Chef Academy at The Northallerton Inn, offering hands-on learning in a professional kitchen. You’ll participate in practical masterclasses and gain real kitchen experience while earning as you learn.

Now in its fourth year, the Chef Academy provides 12 months of development with industry leaders, 9 chef-led masterclasses, and a nationally recognised Level 2 Commis Chef Apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• You have a real love for food and cooking that drives you every day.
• You have a “yes chef” attitude, willing to learn, take feedback, and get stuck in.
• You are able to travel to masterclasses, which are core to the programme.
• You manage your time, balancing learning with the fast-paced kitchen life.
