Hours: 37.5 hours per week, requiring availability on weekends, bank holidays, and school holidays.

Salary: £26,500 annually

Duration: Permanent

Working Environment: Working in Food & Beverage allows you to serve visitors and contribute to memorable experiences while supporting the National Trust's mission to care for Sheffield Park for everyone, forever. Full role details are available in the attached document. Prior experience is not mandatory, as training and development are provided.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare delicious, fresh, and seasonal food from scratch following the 'National Trust Cookbook'.
2. Serve food directly to visitors, ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety.
3. Support a positive team environment by showing empathy and providing support to colleagues.
4. Maintain compliance with food safety and COSHH procedures.
5. Participate in induction, allergen and food safety training, and seek further professional development opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience as a professional chef or cook with a passion for food and a positive attitude.
• Confidence in following recipes, batch-cooking, and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
