Job summary

Loungers’ Alto Lounge is hiring Chefs to join our kitchen team. Offering up to £12.71/hr + tips, staff meals and 50% off food & drinks from day one. We’re part of a growing Casual Dining Group with 300+ sites. You’ll work to spec and help deliver our all-day menu with high standards from prep to plate.

You'll be joining a busy, friendly kitchen, with opportunities for flexible hours and career development as part of a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food that hits spec.
• Reliable, punctual and a strong team contributor.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
