Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Malto Lounge, part of our casual dining group. Earn up to £12.71 per hour plus tips, with paid breaks, staff meals every shift, and 50% off food and drinks from day one across all brands.

You’ll work with the Head Chef to deliver our flexible all-day menu, maintain high standards, and keep the kitchen running smoothly from prep to plate. A supportive team and clear career pathways await.

Qualifications

• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain standards.
• Adherence to food safety and allergen processes.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
