As a Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Organising, coordinating, and delivering service for one or more sections in our fast-paced kitchens.
• Working well with the brigade to produce dishes in compliance with our specifications.
• Fully preparing the kitchen at the start of shift, maintaining it throughout, and closing it down at the end.
• Leading by example, nurturing, leading, and developing Kitchen Assistants and Kitchen Porters when needed.
• Cleaning down kitchens to ensure a spotless working environment.
