Qualifications

• Some kitchen experience as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, or Commis Chef preferred.
• Strong knowledge of allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes to specification in a clean and safe kitchen.
• Work with the Head Chef to ensure prep and par are completed for each shift.
• Help customers leave happy through quality food.

You'll be part of a dedicated, supportive team, working from our flexible all-day menu to give people food that'll make their day. It will be your responsibility to make each dish to specification, in a clean and safe kitchen, following the lead of your Head Chef to ensure all prep and par are completed for each shift. • You may already have some kitchen experience as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, Commis Chef, or this might be something new to you.
