The Lounges is hiring Chefs to join the kitchen team at Ferro Lounge. Working under the Head Chef, you will cook a flexible all-day menu to spec, ensuring quality and consistency across every dish. This role suits experienced Chefs looking for a supportive, fast-paced environment with real career development.

You’ll enjoy tips sharing, staff meals, and discounted dining from day one, plus opportunities to grow within our expanding group of 300+ sites across England and Wales.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in a high-volume kitchen.
• A passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Energetic, with pace and a positive attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety and allergen processes at all times.
• Work as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience.
