Cosy Club St Albans is hiring a Chef to join our lively kitchen and deliver scratch-made dishes with passion. You’ll work in a welcoming team, keeping standards high while enjoying a fair, hourly rate and tips that reflect your hard work.

We offer 2 days off and a weekend off every six weeks, meals on shift, paid breaks, and 50% off food and drinks from day one across our brands. Christmas Day off and regular incentives to boost team spirit complete the package.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef in hospitality preferred.
• Ability to prep, plate and maintain high kitchen standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dishes from scratch and ensure consistent quality.
• Plate dishes attractively and maintain speed on the pass.
• Work as part of a busy kitchen team to deliver great guest experiences.
