Rio Recruitment is recruiting a passionate and reliable Chef for a popular pub in Stamford, Lincolnshire. You will join a busy kitchen serving traditional British pub classics, burgers, Sunday roasts and casual dining dishes.

The role offers live-in accommodation, a minimum of 35 hours per week, and a supportive team environment with a focus on quality and consistency in every service.

Qualifications

• Prepare, cook and present a range of freshly prepared pub dishes to a consistently high standard.
• Work across a varied menu including traditional British classics, burgers, Sunday roasts and casual dining dishes.
• Maintain excellent standards of food preparation, presentation and portion control.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food hygiene, health and safety standards are followed at all times.
• Keep kitchen equipment, workstations and food storage areas clean and organised.
• Assist with the smooth running of daily kitchen operations.
• Support stock rotation, food preparation and minimising food waste.
• Work effectively alongside the wider kitchen team during busy services.
• Contribute to a positive, professional and supportive kitchen environment.
