Job summary

Loungers plc is hiring Chefs to join the Como Lounge kitchen team. We offer up to £12.71/hr + tips, paid breaks, staff meals each shift, and 50% off food & drinks from day one.

This is a flexible all-day kitchen role suitable for Chef de Partie, Line Chef, or Grill Chef looking to join a growing casual dining group. You will work with the Head Chef to ensure dishes meet spec, the kitchen runs smoothly, and standards stay high from prep to plate.

Qualifications

• Passion for real cooking and quality food.
• Reliable, punctual and team player.
• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie in high-volume kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec; from tapas dishes, to all day Lounge breakfasts.
• Support the Head Chef with prep, service, and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and fully prepped.
• Follow food safety & allergen processes at all timesWork as one team with FOH to deliver a great experience
