Job summary

Dine Contract Catering Ltd is seeking a Chef to join on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday days. You will bring culinary skill, fresh ideas, and a passion for great ingredients to every service.

You’ll create food people love and drive menu changes, while listening to customer feedback to continuously improve quality. Ideal candidate will have City & Guilds 706/1 & 706/2 or NVQ, a Food Hygiene certificate, and experience in a similar Chef role.

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers.
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes.
• Listening and acting on customer feedback to keep improving our food.
• Helping to create new menus and creative food concepts.
• Monitoring stock to keep our kitchens well stocked.
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning and complying with Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.

About The Role

We're currently recruiting a Chef to join DINE on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, days.

You’ll create food people love, bringing your culinary skill, fresh ideas and a passion for great ingredients to every service.

About You

Our ideal Chef will:
