Job summary

Search Consultancy’s Hospitality team is recruiting Chefs for Manchester, offering flexible work, full- or part-time shifts, and weekly pay. You’ll support clients across healthcare, education, hotels, and other venues, delivering professional, high-quality meals while maintaining strict hygiene standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years as Chef de Partie or higher, with strong food safety knowledge and the ability to work across all kitchen sections.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience as a Chef de Partie or above.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures.
• Ability to work confidently across all kitchen sections.
• Experience with both fresh food and branded catering operations.
• Reliable, professional, and adaptable approach to work.

Are you an experienced chef looking for flexible work, extra shifts, or a fresh challenge? The Search Hospitality team are currently recruiting talented chefs of all levels to join our growing team in Manchester.

You will work with a wide variety of clients across healthcare, education, hotels, restaurants, contract catering, and more. Whether you're looking for full-time work or simply want to pick up shifts on your days off, we have opportunities to suit everyone.

(Rates of pay depend on experience, role, and assignment.)

What You’ll Be Doing
