Job summary

Deco Lounge, part of Loungers, is hiring a Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll cook to spec, support the Head Chef, and help maintain high standards from prep to plate.

We offer up to £12.71/hr plus tips, paid breaks, staff meals, 50% off food and drinks from day one, and career development. If you’re experienced in a high-volume kitchen, this is a great next step.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining standards.
• Team player with good communication and strong pace.
• Experience as Grill Chef, Line Chef or Chef de Partie.

Responsibilities

• Cook fresh food to spec across tapas and all-day meals.
• Support Head Chef with prep, service and standards.
• Keep the kitchen clean, safe and prepped; follow safety and allergen processes.
• Work with FOH to deliver a great guest experience.
