Job summary

Bone Daddies is seeking a passionate chef to join our rock-n-roll kitchen in London. You’ll handle prep, fry work, broth control and assemble banging bowls of ramen alongside a dedicated crew.

Enthusiasm and a love for cooking are essential, with a willingness to learn the art of ramen and grow with us. All who bring energy, a positive attitude, and a desire to progress in a dynamic hospitality setting are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for cooking and willingness to learn ramen art.

Responsibilities

• Prep, fry section, broth control, filling bao buns and assembling ramen bowls.
• Assist with kitchen duties as part of a flexible crew.
• Contribute to maintaining high food quality and guest experience.

We opened the first Bone Daddies ramen joint back in 2012 on Peter St in Soho, London. We’ve grown a bit sincethen but what we’re all about hasn’t changed at all – real Rock ‘n’ Roll ramen.

As a chef you’ll work with the crew doing all manner of jobs including prep, fry section, broth control, filling bao buns and knocking out bangin’ bowls of ramen!
