Bill's Restaurants in Gloucester is seeking a Chef to join our busy kitchen and uphold our mission that everyone leaves happy. You will work closely with the team to deliver high-quality dishes on time and maintain our standards during peak service.

You will need strong teamwork, a commitment to quality, and be ready for service each day. We offer practical growth through our development programs and extensive benefits to recognise long service and dedication.

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen experience preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain standards.
• Great communication with team and front of house.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate timing with kitchen staff to ensure dishes arrive together.
• Maintain quality and consistency of dishes throughout shifts.
• Be prepared for peak service and manage prep tasks efficiently.
