Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and presenting menu items to high culinary standards with prompt and efficient service.
• Supporting in maintaining food quality and kitchen operations standards.
• Checking and receiving goods to ensure quality and addressing discrepancies.
• Demonstrating excellent customer service to clients, staff, and customers.
• Adhering to Personal and Food Hygiene, Health and Safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Maintaining and replenishing buffet and stock levels, monitoring hygiene standards per HACCP.
• Training service staff on food presentation and display.

Requirements:

• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop craft skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous chef experience.
• Basic food hygiene certification.
