Job summary

Bill's Restaurants is looking for a Chef in Exeter to join our kitchen and uphold our happiness mission through excellent cooking and teamwork. You’ll work with fellow chefs to ensure timely delivery of high-quality dishes and maintain consistent standards during service.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a busy kitchen environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• Good understanding of food quality standards and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dishes arrive on time with consistent quality.
• Work with kitchen team to coordinate service and peak periods.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety throughout shift.

1. 1 Timing and Teamwork – you can work with others within the kitchen to make sure dishes arrive at the same time, communication is key!
2. 2 Quality – do you have a standard you work to, can you keep the food you cook consistent throughout your shift?
3. 3 Ready, Set, Service – being on top of your tasks and set for service, we know our peaks when we are out our busiest, we need you to make sure you are ready and prepared for the day ahead.
