Job summary

Adecco is seeking a reliable Chef to provide planned cover across two supported living schemes in North Wales and Mid Wales. The role offers flexible, pre-booked shifts with potential for additional work, and requires a full UK driving licence and access to transport.

Shifts run 7:00am to 3:00pm with a pay rate of £14.71 per hour. You will prepare meals, maintain hygiene, manage stock, and cater to dietary needs while complying with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Food Hygiene Certificate held or willing to obtain.
• Allergen awareness training completed.

Adecco are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced Chef to provide planned cover across two supported living schemes in North Wales and Mid Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity for a chef looking for flexible work on a pre-scheduled basis, with further shifts potentially becoming available.

Locations

• Llys Eleanor, Shotton, Deeside (CH5 1EH)
• Neuadd Maldwyn, Welshpool (SY21 7FE)As cover will be required at both sites, a full UK driving licence and access to your own transport are essential.

7:00am - 3:00pm

Pay Rate

£14.71 per hour

About the Assignment

This is a bank/relief cover position with a number of pre-booked shifts scheduled throughout September, October and early November across both locations. Additional shifts may become available, with plenty of notice provided.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working as a Chef, Cook or Catering Professional
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy kitchen
• Reliable, organised and professional approach
• Experience within care, supported living, healthcare or similar environments would be advantageous
